You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Notify us immediately at support@ditechcloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, or use the platform to transmit unlawful content.

You are responsible for the data you enter into the platform and for complying with laws that apply to your use of it.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in your plan agreement.

We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice, and the change will apply at your next renewal.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, with automated backups and monitoring.

The service is provided 'as is' and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be scheduled to minimize disruption.

You may stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time from your account or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, serious misuse, or non-payment.

Upon termination, you can export your data before the end of the current billing period.
